Vivo Gaming aims to enhance baccarat services in Uruguay
Vivo Gaming has upgraded its live baccarat offering in Uruguay, as the company looks to bolster its Latin American services.
By incorporating the Chroma Key technology, operators can choose to replace the solid colour background seen behind dealers on live baccarat games with any visual feed they want. This can include locations, animations, brands, logos or graphics.
As well as offering customisable backdrops for live casino games, Vivo’s Chroma Key solution also provides bespoke user interfaces. Operators are able to choose from a selection of colours, styles and skins to create brand-specific products and tools for their customers. The technology provides a cost-effective solution for operators to streamline their streaming services.
Vivo has also made English-speaking dealers available to operators for Uruguay-based tables. Previously, tables were only available with Spanish or Portuguese dealers, with the addition of English-speaking dealers working to improve accessibility and expand potential customer demographics.
Additionally, Vivo has added the Teen Patti card game to its Bulgarian tables, which will also benefit from the introduction of English-speaking dealers.
Vivo COO Ivan Livov said: “We’re the top pick for live dealer operators in every market, from South America to the Caribbean and across Europe. “Now with these advanced offerings, we can offer our customers all over the world an even greater breadth of products and services as we continue to differentiate ourselves from the competition.”
Vivo delivers live casino game products and solutions to a range of operators worldwide, offering support with technological development, data management and real-time streaming.
