Of those cases, 50 were found in the community and 46 were found amongst people in quarantine, according to the Novel Coronavirus Response Coordination Center.

There are currently 13 “red code” lockdown zones and 51 “yellow code” zones in Macau.

As at 8am today (27 June), a total of 8,283 people have been followed up by the government in their epidemiological investigations. These include 1,102 close contacts, 5,550 “non-core” close contacts, 296 “sub-close” contacts, 337 general contacts, and 641 accompanying persons.

An update to these figures is expected late this afternoon and IAG plans to publish a further article this evening with these updated figures.
